music+passion=love

a friend once told me to close my eyes and think of the one thing that made me happy. then he told me to think of a place I loved to be and to meditate on me being there doing what I loved. after leaving this place and opening my eyes, he looked at me and said and that's the one moment, one thing, that no one can ever take from you.. He was right. he always will be. I don't think he will ever know how much of an impact he made in my life. it's funny how no matter what people do and go through in life, despite how they live, I believe you can always take something from that and they can impact your life in different ways, good or bad, depending on how you let them. this friend had some own situations in his life and chose to make his decisions...but in spite of what he did and how he felt, I always loved him for who he was and hope one day he can open his eyes like he opened mine. I don't think he will ever know how much he changed my life for the better, but I am so thankful he was in my life for the short time that he was in it. he helped me in a way he didn't know he could and I will always be so grateful
